The 105,134 sft facility serves as the home to Saiham Group and its business including Saiham Knit Composite Ltd, Saiham Cotton Mills Ltd, Saiham Textile Mills Ltd. and Faisal Spinning Mill Ltd. Achieving Platinum level of LEED rating, the building manages to combine aesthetics and functionality with sustainability through its use of environmentally friendly materials and measures to reduce water usage, save energy though e-client HVAC design and lighting design.
